His career progression reflects deep exposure to asset operations, project execution, joint venture management, and enterprise governance, spanning both domestic and international portfolios.

Chuah Cheng Hoe is a highly experienced Civil and Structural Engineer with over four decades of professional practice in infrastructure and industrial development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
He began his career as a Site Engineer and later served as Design Engineer and Contract Administrator for major industrial facilities, including oleochemical plants, acid plants, caustic soda facilities, and heavy industrial buildings. In 1990, he founded C.H. Chuah Associates, where he has served as Principal, leading the design of multi-storey steel frames, reinforced concrete structures, piling systems, and complex industrial facilities.

Mohd Pouzi bin Omar is a senior engineering professional with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily within PETRONAS Carigali and PETRONAS Gas Berhad. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and brings extensive exposure across operations, maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity management within complex upstream and downstream facilities.
Throughout his career, Pouzi has held senior leadership positions including General Manager (Technical Services), General Manager (Specialised Maintenance), and Senior Manager for Maintenance & Reliability. His responsibilities covered offshore platforms, FPSOs, pipelines, gas processing plants, and utility systems, overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure safe operations, equipment reliability, and technical compliance. His international exposure includes supporting operations and project initiatives in Iraq.

Ahmad Tahiruddin Alias is a seasoned project controls professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. He specialises in integrated project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management across complex capital projects, with extensive involvement throughout the full project lifecycle from FEED and engineering through construction, commissioning, and turnaround.
He brings strong technical expertise in integrated master scheduling, critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), cost forecasting, CAPEX phasing, and earned value management, supported by tools such as Primavera P3/P6, Microsoft Project, and Pertmaster. He is also highly experienced in project risk governance, having led Project Risk Assessments (PRA), Risk Mitigation & Validation Assessments (RMVA), and Project Independent Reviews (PIR), enabling structured risk identification, impact evaluation, and mitigation planning aligned with project and business objectives.

His career spans upstream asset operations, corporate HSE governance, and international project environments across countries including Iraq, South Sudan, Sudan, Chad, and Cameroon.
He has held senior HSE leadership roles within PETRONAS Carigali and international operating companies, including positions as Head HSE for major upstream assets in Malaysia and Iraq. His experience includes leading HSE functions across production operations, field developments, and international projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and corporate safety frameworks in high-risk operating environments.

Mohd Amran bin Maarof is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over 31 years of experience across both upstream and downstream sectors. His career includes extensive exposure to contract management, procurement administration, retail business operations, and petroleum commercial activities within PETRONAS and its associated divisions. He brings strong understanding of petroleum economics, business planning, and operational integration across technical and commercial functions.
Throughout his career, Amran has held roles involving contract management, vendor registration and evaluation, offshore logistics support, and accounts payable operations. His experience includes managing vendor licensing processes, reviewing and processing payments, and supporting offshore support vessel (OSV) logistics and subsurface operations under PETRONAS PD&T. He has also been involved in retail business development, including dealer management, training, and coordination with government authorities for licensing and compliance.
