Dato’ HJ Jalaldin Bin Hussain

Chairman / Chief Legal Counsel

Dato’ Hj Jalaldin bin Hussain is a highly distinguished legal professional with more than 40 years of experience within Malaysia’s judicial and legal system. His career encompasses judicial appointments, public prosecution, federal advisory roles, and senior consultancy in employment and industrial relations law. His extensive experience provides deep institutional insight into governance, regulatory compliance, statutory interpretation, and legal risk management at both national and corporate levels.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as Magistrate, Deputy Public Prosecutor, Senior Federal Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers, State Legal Advisor, and Director General of the Judicial and Legal Training Institute (ILKAP). He subsequently held the position of Chairman of the Industrial Court of Malaysia, where he presided over complex industrial relations and employment disputes involving corporations, unions, and regulatory bodies. His expertise in dispute resolution, employment law, and governance frameworks positions him as a recognised authority in legal and institutional matters.

As Chairman / Chief Legal Counsel of Energy Dot Com, Dato’ Hj Jalaldin provides strategic legal oversight and independent advisory guidance to the Board and management. His leadership ensures that corporate governance, contractual structures, compliance frameworks, and employment practices are aligned with statutory requirements and sound legal principles, reinforcing EDC’s institutional strength, regulatory compliance, and professional integrity.

Azman Bin Zakaria

Director, Customer experience, and Human capital

Master of Managment IIUM, 32+years in Malaysian Utility Company TNB, former Chief Talent Officer report to Group CEO TNB, Director Yayasan Tenaga Nasional, Board Member of University Tenaga Nasional (Uniten). 

Azman bin Zakaria has more than three decades of professional experience spanning engineering, project delivery, organisational development, and leadership within Malaysia’s national power utility ecosystem. He began his career as a civil engineer with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), where he was directly involved in the design and construction of major transmission infrastructure, including 132kV and 275kV transmission lines and substations across Malaysia. This early engineering foundation provided him with strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure development, technical coordination, and project execution in regulated environments.

He subsequently progressed into senior leadership and management roles within TNB, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to human capital development, organisational values, and leadership transformation. As Director of Yayasan Tenaga Nasional, he managed tertiary education sponsorship programmes locally and overseas, leading an annual budget of approximately RM80 million to support TNB’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. He also served as a Board Member of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), contributing to institutional strategy, governance, and organisational structuring. His later roles as General Manager and Chief Talent Officer saw him spearheading leadership development programmes and cultural transformation initiatives across the organisation.

At Energy Dot Com, Azman serves as Chief Project Officer for Renewable Energy, bringing a combination of engineering discipline, project oversight experience, and senior leadership capability. His role focuses on guiding renewable energy projects with structured governance, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that projects are developed and delivered with professionalism, clarity, and long-term sustainability. His background strengthens EDC’s capability to manage complex energy initiatives with both technical credibility and organisational maturity.

Mohd Zamri Bin Abd Ghani

Mohd Zamri bin Abdul Ghani is a senior energy industry leader with over 36 years of professional experience, including 33 years with the PETRONAS Group across upstream, downstream, and central corporate functions. A PETRONAS scholar, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Oregon, USA, and began his career with Malaysia Shipyard & Engineering (MMHE), Tenaga Ewbank Preece, and Brown & Root before joining PETRONAS in 1992. His career progression reflects deep exposure to asset operations, project execution, joint venture management, and enterprise governance, spanning both domestic and international portfolios. 

Throughout his PETRONAS career, Zamri held senior leadership roles including Senior General Manager of PETRONAS Carigali Integrated Value Assurance (IVA), the central Operations & Maintenance execution arm for PETRONAS Carigali. He was later re-engaged by PETRONAS on a special two-year assignment as Head of Quality & Assurance (Enterprise Quality) under Project Technology & HSSE, reporting directly to Senior Vice President level. In this capacity, he led the establishment of central governance and quality operating models, corporate Quality Management Systems, Quality Index frameworks, and industry collaboration initiatives. He is a certified ISO 9001 and ISO 29001 practitioner and a recognised Technical Professional Principal of Project Management within PETRONAS. 

Zamri’s experience spans the full upstream E&P lifecycle, including exploration leadership, field development, FID processes, FEED, EPCC, commissioning, production operations, asset integrity, wells P&A, and facilities decommissioning. He has represented PETRONAS in multiple non-operated and joint ventures with partners such as PTTEP, Repsol, Hibiscus, Shell, PetroChina, and Total, leading high-value commercial negotiations, contract restructuring, and successful exits. His international experience exceeds 15 years, with assignments and leadership exposure in Japan, China, Sudan, Chad, Cameroon, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Iraq, and a secondment with ExxonMobil in Houston, USA. 

Beyond operations, Zamri has been a recognised industry leader and thought contributor. He has led landmark initiatives such as the largest Wells P&A campaign in PM9, central asset integrity recovery programmes, operating model resets, and major cost-efficiency transformations within PETRONAS. He has also played prominent roles in international and regional forums including ADIPEC, SPE, RESET Conferences, Euro Conference Aberdeen, and Oman Quality Conference, and served as an alternate chairman for the PETRONAS OGSE Roundtable. He completed the Senior Management Program at Duke University, USA, further strengthening his leadership and strategic credentials.

Dato’ Amir Bin Omar

Chief, Corporate Services

35+ years with the government. Served as Chief Secretary Human Resources (KSU), Director in Economic Planning unit, Sarawak Federal Secretary PMO.

Dato’ Amir bin Omar is a senior public sector leader and economist with more than three decades of experience in corporate services, governance, human capital development, and institutional management. His career includes senior appointments within Malaysian federal ministries and central agencies, where he was responsible for policy formulation, organisational leadership, and national-level programme oversight.

He previously served as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources, overseeing labour policy, human capital development, statutory bodies, and institutional governance. His roles required engagement at ministerial, board, and international levels, including representation in global forums and oversight of regulatory and performance frameworks across multiple agencies.

At Energy Dot Com, Dato’ Amir serves as Chief for Corporate Services, bringing strong governance discipline and institutional maturity to the organisation. His experience supports the establishment of sound corporate structures, policies, and administrative systems, ensuring EDC operates with clarity, compliance, and organisational effectiveness from its early stages.

Mohd Yusof Bin Hussian

Mohd Yusof bin Hussian is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over forty years of experience across auditing, finance management, procurement, and corporate governance. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) before progressing to senior leadership roles within Shell Malaysia.

During his tenure with Shell, he held multiple senior positions including Internal Auditor, Procurement Manager, Treasurer, and Head of Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources. His responsibilities included financial stewardship, tender governance, cost control, and organisational oversight across downstream operations.

At Energy Dot Com, Yusof serves as Chief Investment & Finance Advisor, providing strategic guidance on investment evaluation, financial governance, and capital discipline. His experience supports informed decision-making, prudent financial management, and long-term sustainability for the company.

Nur Aiman Hadi Bin Nor Ezhan

Nur Aiman Hadi bin Nor Ezhan is an engineering-trained professional with experience in planning, coordination, and operational support within technical service environments. His background includes managing schedules, coordinating manpower, tracking work execution, handling documentation, and supporting reporting processes across multiple operational activities.

In his previous roles, Aiman was involved in service planning and coordination for preventive maintenance and repair works, interfacing with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders. His experience includes managing job progress, supporting billing and documentation, and ensuring alignment between planning and execution functions.

At Energy Dot Com, Aiman supports the Chairman’s Office as Executive Planner, acting as a coordination and execution support function for senior leadership. His role ensures effective follow-up, structured planning, and continuity between strategic direction and day-to-day activities.

Ammar Hanapi

Ammar Hanapi has more than 34 years of experience in PETRONAS, where he built a career spanning upstream asset management, project governance, operational readiness, and late-life asset execution. His experience covers the full lifecycle of oil and gas assets, from development and operations through decommissioning and retirement, giving him a comprehensive understanding of technical, regulatory, and commercial complexities.

In his last role with PETRONAS Carigali, Ammar served as General Manager responsible for the Group-wide Operational Readiness and Decommissioning portfolio, valued at approximately RM5 billion. His responsibilities included Wells Plug & Abandonment (P&A), offshore structure removal, pipeline abandonment, regulatory compliance, HSE assurance, and contractor performance management. This role required strong coordination across technical disciplines, regulators, and commercial stakeholders.

At Energy Dot Com, Ammar serves as Acting CEO, leading the delivery of Wells P&A, decommissioning, and offshore platform repurposing projects. His role focuses on execution governance, cost and schedule discipline, and safety assurance, ensuring complex late-life asset projects are delivered efficiently and responsibly.

Tatmimiddin Alhasani bin Mohamed

Chief Decarbonization

Tatmimiddin Alhasani bin Mohamed is a senior oil and gas professional with more than 33 years of experience within the PETRONAS Group, primarily in upstream operations. His expertise spans subsurface engineering, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), petroleum production enhancement, asset operations, and wells plug and abandonment (P&A). His career includes extensive involvement in upstream asset development, production optimisation, and integrated asset management across both Malaysian and international operations.

Throughout his tenure with PETRONAS Carigali, Tatmimiddin held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Reservoir, Wells & Facilities Management (RWFM) and Head of Operations Readiness Strategy & Assurance (ORSA). In these roles, he led multidisciplinary teams responsible for production technology, asset surveillance, and operational readiness strategies. His experience includes implementing production optimisation initiatives, strengthening assurance frameworks for asset delivery, and supporting decommissioning readiness. He also served internationally as Senior Manager for Production Technology in the Garraf Oilfield Project in Iraq, contributing to production growth while optimising capital and operating expenditure.

At Energy Dot Com, Tatmimiddin serves as Chief Decarbonization, where he leads initiatives focused on reducing carbon intensity across energy assets and supporting energy transition strategies. Leveraging his deep upstream technical expertise and asset optimisation experience, he supports the development of practical decarbonisation solutions that balance operational performance, asset longevity, and sustainability objectives.

Mohamad Zahari bin Abdul Ghani brings over two decades of experience in digital systems, enterprise platforms, and technology-enabled operations. His career has focused on supporting organisations through digital transformation, systems integration, and the deployment of enterprise-wide platforms.

He has been responsible for implementing and managing digital infrastructure, supporting data management, reporting, and operational visibility. His experience includes aligning digital initiatives with business needs and ensuring systems support governance, efficiency, and decision-making.

As CPO for Digital at Energy Dot Com, Zahari oversees digital initiatives across the organisation. His role supports the integration of technology into planning, operations, and governance, enabling EDC to operate in a structured, transparent, and scalable manner.

Che Rapi Mohammad

Che Rapi Mohammad has more than three decades of experience in downstream oil and gas, gas processing, utilities, and pipeline systems. His career includes senior roles within PETRONAS and PETRONAS Gas Berhad, where he was involved in plant operations, utilities management, commissioning, and operational readiness.

He has worked on major gas facilities and pipeline systems, supporting design reviews, construction, commissioning, start-up, and steady-state operations. His experience covers both greenfield and brownfield developments, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and system integrity.

As CPO for Gas & Pipeline at Energy Dot Com, Che Rapi leads initiatives related to gas infrastructure and pipeline systems. His role ensures that projects are executed with strong technical governance, operational readiness, and long-term reliability.

Noordin Abdul Rahman

VP, Development

Noordin Abdul Rahman brings over 30 years of oil and gas experience, having served in leadership roles with international operators including Lundin, Talisman, and Repsol. His career spans upstream development, offshore installation, start-up operations, wells management, and decommissioning, with direct involvement in technically demanding projects such as high CO₂ and mercury offshore developments. His background reflects strong exposure to complex asset environments requiring disciplined engineering, safety governance, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Noordin has led multidisciplinary teams across project development, engineering execution, fabrication, hook-up, and commissioning of onshore and offshore facilities. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, from concept and FEED through EPIC execution and operational handover. He has managed technical interfaces, contractor performance, and delivery risks in highly regulated and safety-critical environments, ensuring alignment between engineering integrity, cost control, and schedule certainty.

As VP, Development at Energy Dot Com, Noordin leads the structured advancement of strategic projects from early-stage concept through development readiness. He provides technical and commercial governance to ensure projects are technically sound, executable, and aligned with long-term value creation. His extensive upstream and offshore experience strengthens EDC’s capability to develop complex energy projects with confidence, rigor, and operational discipline.

Saibol Hamid Mat Isa

Chief, Marine Terminal

25+ years in Bulk Depot and Marine Terminal. Leadership experience in FEED, EPCC, operation, maintenance of bulk terminal and Terminal Automation system.

Saibol Hamid bin Mat Isa is an experienced professional in marine terminal storage and bulk liquid handling facilities. His background includes involvement in terminal development, upgrades, and operational management within regulated and safety-critical environments.

Throughout his career, Saibol has worked on facilities handling fuel, hydrocarbons, and bulk liquids, requiring close attention to safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. His experience includes coordinating terminal operations, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

At Energy Dot Com, Saibol serves as CPO for Marine Terminal Storage, where he leads initiatives related to terminal development and operations. His role focuses on strengthening EDC’s capability in safe, efficient, and compliant marine terminal storage solutions.

TS. IZWAN ADNAN, MBA

CHIEF EOR

Izwan Adnan is an experienced upstream reservoir engineering professional with more than 21 years of international experience across Malaysia, Sudan, Latin America, and the Caspian region. His career spans reservoir engineering, subsurface development strategy, field development planning, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) initiatives across complex and mature oil and gas assets. He has worked with international operators and joint ventures, contributing to technically demanding projects involving reservoir optimisation, production improvement, and long-term asset value enhancement.

During his tenure with Dragon Oil in Dubai, Izwan held senior subsurface leadership roles including Asset Technical Head and Technical Head for exploration and appraisal programmes. He led multidisciplinary teams responsible for appraisal well campaigns, development well planning, and reservoir management strategies that supported production optimisation and reserves maturation. His work has contributed to the development of major offshore assets and the identification of additional recoverable reserves through structured subsurface evaluation and recovery improvement initiatives.

As Chief EOR at Energy Dot Com, Izwan leads the development and implementation of Enhanced Oil Recovery strategies aimed at maximising recovery from mature and marginal assets. His role focuses on identifying technically viable EOR opportunities including CO₂ EOR, water injection optimisation, and advanced reservoir management techniques to extend field life and improve recovery factors. His global upstream experience strengthens EDC’s capability to support clients in unlocking additional value from existing hydrocarbon resources.

Nasaruddin Mohamad

HEAD INTEGRATOR

Nasaruddin Mohamad brings over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having served with organisations including PETRONAS Carigali, Occidental Oman, and SANTOS. His career spans major project and operational environments covering EPCC delivery, FPSO developments, brownfield modifications, fabrication, and offshore works, providing him with extensive exposure to complex, multidisciplinary project execution.

Throughout his career, Nasaruddin has worked across construction, commissioning, and operational phases, where close coordination between engineering, project, and operations teams is critical. He has been directly involved in subsurface strategy development, appraisal well planning, and integrated reservoir management initiatives supporting both production growth and long-term asset sustainability.

He played a key role in the development and implementation of the PETRONAS Project Management System (PPMS) and led the Capital Project Work Process Task Force Team. His experience includes serving as Project Director, Project Manager, and Turnaround Manager for large-scale refineries, gas processing plants, LNG facilities, and petrochemical complexes, with international exposure in the UAE, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Chuah Cheng Hoe is a highly experienced Civil and Structural Engineer with over four decades of professional practice in infrastructure and industrial development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

He began his career as a Site Engineer and later served as Design Engineer and Contract Administrator for major industrial facilities, including oleochemical plants, acid plants, caustic soda facilities, and heavy industrial buildings. In 1990, he founded C.H. Chuah Associates, where he has served as Principal, leading the design of multi-storey steel frames, reinforced concrete structures, piling systems, and complex industrial facilities.

At Energy Dot Com, Chuah serves as Head of Civil & Structural, providing specialist leadership in civil and structural engineering design, review, and assurance. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and brings extensive exposure across operations, maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity management within complex upstream and downstream facilities.

Throughout his career, Pouzi has held senior leadership positions including General Manager (Technical Services), General Manager (Specialised Maintenance), and Senior Manager for Maintenance & Reliability. His responsibilities covered offshore platforms, FPSOs, pipelines, gas processing plants, and utility systems, overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure safe operations, equipment reliability, and technical compliance. He brings strong technical expertise in integrated master scheduling, critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), cost forecasting, CAPEX phasing, and earned value management, supported by tools such as Primavera P3/P6, Microsoft Project, and Pertmaster. He is also highly experienced in project risk governance, having led Project Risk Assessments (PRA), Risk Mitigation & Validation Assessments (RMVA), and Project Independent Reviews (PIR), enabling structured risk identification, impact evaluation, and mitigation planning aligned with project and business objectives.

His experience includes leading HSE functions across production operations, field developments, and international projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and corporate safety frameworks in high-risk operating environments.
